BIO:

Chuck Huber is an American voice actor, ADR director, and writer born on May 8, 1971, in Chicago, Illinois. He is best known for his iconic English voice roles, including Android 17 in the Dragon Ball franchise, Hiei in Yu Yu Hakusho, and Kurogiri in My Hero Academia. Beyond voice work, Huber has also worked in live-action productions, directed, written screenplays and children’s books, and has a background in education.
