BEFORE YOU APPLY, PLEASE READ

Press passes to POP CULTURE CON will be made available to the following media outlets:

PRINT MEDIA: Included but not limited to - local newspapers, national newspapers, college newspapers, magazines, comic books (B) TELEVISION & RADIO: AM, FM, Satellite radio, Local TV and National TV

(C) ONLINE MEDIA: Due to limited passes and a high volume of influencer and online media outlets, we ask that you fill out the questionnaire pertaining to online media. We want to make sure your message and audience aligns with ours. In order to be considered for internet press credentials you must fit the following criteria: The website you write for must be active online. Your website must have at least two verifiable social media pages with a minimum of 2,000 followers on each page. Social media pages are not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Twitter, TikTok or Instagram. Have original content updated at least once a week. Once approved, internet press passes will be limited to two passes per outlet and not page. Each pass holder must be affiliated with the outlet.

NOTE: A press pass does not guarantee any interviews with celebrities, authors, artists or other special guests attending the event. You may submit interview requests to info@popculturecon.com for consideration.

Note: We only issue 2 press passes per outlet. Up to 2 additional press passes will be considered for crew/staff members. Please include the names & titles of additional crew/staff in the comments below.

RULES FOR ON-SITE MEDIA COVERAGE AT POP CULTURE CON

PRESS PASSES All media staff must pick up their press passes in order to enter the venue floor, and must be worn at all times. A Press Pass is only evidence of your media access to the event, and does not grant any special rights, privilege, or access to our Guests, or any particular area within the venue. If there are any special requests, they must be made in advance with Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC.

INTERVIEWS Media are not permitted to approach Comic Creators, Actors, or other Guests during the event without POP CULTURE CON’S personnel, and/or Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC’s approval. Media can request Guest interviews, but they’re not guaranteed. For Guest interview requests, or other any other special requests, submit your request when filling out your application. Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC will consider your request(s), and reply back after reviewing your application.

FILMING While on the show floor, and panels are in session, all photographers, videographers, and camera crew must be at least 10 feet away from Guests. If a Guest, or staff asks you to stop filming, you will be required to stop immediately. If any media, or press is filming for commercial use, then permission must be granted first by POP CULTURE CON personnel and/or Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC.

EVENTS AND PANELS Press Passes do not guarantee any special access, or privileges to panels, or panel guests. Any special requests must be made in advance with POP CULTURE CON and/or Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC.
