COSPLAY CONTEST RULES
REGISTRATION AND CHECK IN TIMES
The registration and check in desk will be in the front entrance on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Once you’ve completed the registration form, please be sure to get your entry number.
You must have your picture taken and your form completed in order to be included into the contest no later than 2:00 PM, March 14, 2026, NO EXCEPTIONS! You must be present and lined up at the start of the contest at 5:00 PM in order to win!
Costumes must be family friendly.
All registered cosplayers MUST follow us on Facebook & TikTok @popculturecon and Twitter & YouTube @pop_culture_con and have their picture taken by our professional photographer.
JUDGES
All contestants will line up to have their cosplay costumes viewed by our judges at the start of the contest at 4:30 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
CATEGORIES & AWARDS
Winner’s will be announced at 6:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026 after costumes have been viewed by our judges. Awards & Prizes are listed below.

*Please be mindful that costumes purchased from a store may not be judged the same as costumes that were created from scratch.

Judges have the authority and discretion to select winners. Minors (17 & under) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in the cosplay contest.
By registering into the cosplay contest, contestants agree without limitation to the use of his/her name, user name, photo and/or likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
