Placement of Exhibitor Booth(s) for POP CULTURE CON 2026 is at the sole discretion of the Exhibitor.

I understand that this is only an application and it does not guarantee a booth space until an approval has been sent.

Once approved, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are rejected and your application is denied, then your payment will be refunded back to you, or your card (Please allow up to 5-7 business days).

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, I acknowledge that I am authorized to execute this Application Form on behalf of the company set forth above (“Exhibitor“) and bind Exhibitor to the Terms and Conditions available at (“Terms and Conditions“).

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices for Exhibitor Booth(s) include Taxes & Fees.

Full payment of all Exhibitor Booths shall be paid in full when submitting an Application. Payments can be made using Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card, PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.

POP CULTURE CON shall not be held responsible for any losses suffered by Exhibitor due to third party fraud, including, without limitation, false change of bank account communications, identity theft and other scams. Payment of the Exhibitor Booth Fees into POP CULTURE CON’S bank account only shall satisfy Exhibitor’s payment obligations under this Agreement.

APPLICANTS GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

The Exhibitor and its Representatives must, at all times, conduct themselves in an orderly and professional manner and must not act in any manner which causes offence, annoyance or inconvenience to other exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, the Owner, POP CULTURE CON, or any visitors to the Event.

POP CULTURE CON will maintain the cleanliness of all aisles. Exhibitors who violate the boundaries of which they occupy will be asked to adjust their table. If space cannot be adjusted, then that Exhibitor may be asked to downside their booth or removed altogether.

Exhibitor must, at its own expense, keep its Booth Space clean and in good order.

Exhibitors must be removed from the building by the time specified in the load-in & load-out instructions send to your email.

Exhibitor is required to be adequately insured in relation to its activities under this Agreement.

The Exhibitor and its Representatives shall not do or permit anything to be done that might adversely affect the reputation or brand of POP CULTURE CON, the Owners or the Event or make any statement that is defamatory, disparaging or derogatory to POP CULTURE CON, the Owners or the Event.

The Exhibitor and its Representatives shall not cause or permit any damage to the Venue or any part thereof or to any fixtures or fittings which are not the property of the Exhibitor.

All items brought to the Venue by the Exhibitor are done so at the Exhibitor’s own risk and POP CULTURE CON does not accept them into its charge or control.

The Exhibitor consents to its details, its name, logo and profile to be published in any show guide, directory and/or other promotional materials prepared in connection with the Event.

The Exhibitor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, regulatory approvals, customs clearances or other necessary consents required for Exhibitor to participate in the Event and display its materials, including, without limitation, any licenses or other necessary consents required for the playing of music or any other audio or visual material by Client.

All unauthorized photography, video recording and streaming from the Event is expressly prohibited.

Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that POP CULTURE CON and its Representatives shall be permitted to take photos, video recordings and live streaming at the Event, which may include, without limitation, recording of the Exhibitor and its Representatives participating in the Event. Exhibitor agrees to make its Representatives aware of such permission for multimedia recording in advance of the Event. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees (and shall makes its Representatives aware of and agree) that POP CULTURE CON is the exclusive owner of all rights in the photo, video and streaming content and hereby waives any and all rights in and to such content. Without limitation, POP CULTURE CON shall be permitted to use the content anywhere in the world for promotional and all other purposes, without any payment or compensation.

POP CULTURE CON reserves the right to make alterations in the floor plan of the Event, including (without limitation) altering the size, shape or position of the Booth Space for the Event. Exhibitor will be notified immediately if any changes to their Booth Space need to be done. If the Booth Space is materially reduced, then the Exhibitor will receive a pro rata refund of the Fees payable in respect of the Booth Space.

POP CULTURE CON permits the Exhibitor (subject to the terms of the Agreement), to use the Booth Space for the purpose of displaying goods and exhibits at the Event.

The Exhibitor may not sublet the Space (in whole or in part) without the express prior written consent of POP CULTURE CON. If the Exhibitor is permitted to sublet the Space, the Exhibitor shall remain responsible for the Booth Space and shall be liable for any breach of the terms of the Agreement by any party to whom the Booth Space is sublet.

POP CULTURE CON reserves the right to suspend or block access (temporarily or permanently) to the Booth Space and remove or block the Exhibitor’s Representatives from the Event without liability to the Exhibitor if the Exhibitor is in breach of the Agreement or is otherwise engaged in any activity that might jeopardize the safety (including without limitation the data security and information security) of the Event.

If the Exhibitor’s wish to share a Booth Space with another company, then it must obtain prior written consent of POP CULTURE CON.

EXHIBITOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

POP CULTURE CON has a NO REFUND POLICY. After an Exhibitor application has been approved, then there will be NO refunds given. All sales are final. Exhibitors have no rights to cancel this Agreement after it has been Approved.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:

• Change in personal plans
• Conflict of work schedule
• Travel disruptions
• Inclement weather
• Artist or performer lineup changes

By proceeding with an Exhibitor Booth purchase to POP CULTURE CON, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding exchanges and refunds.

DISPUTES AND/OR CHARGEBACKS

Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of POP CULTURE CON and Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.

SHOW CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, we will notify Exhibitors as quickly as possible, typically via email, phone, website, and social media. Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to move their Booth(s) to another event date at no additional cost or offered a full refund.
