The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity before entry. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Event reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release POP CULTURE CON, facility, participants, and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.

SHOW CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, we will notify ticket holders as quickly as possible, typically via email, phone, website, and social media. Ticket holders will be given the opportunity to move their tickets to another date of the event at no additional cost or offered a full refund.

GUEST CANCELLATION

If a celebrity guest, anime guest, comic guest or voice actor cancels their appearance and is not able to attend the show, then POP CULTURE CON will offer one of the following:

· Request the value to be held on account for a future guest appearance at a later date

· A full refund of guest purchased VIP packages, guest photo ops, guest signatures, guest merchandise, etc.

· Donate the value back to POP CULTURE CON as a tax-deductible donation

All refund requests for cancelled guests must be submitted within 10 business days of announcement of guest’s cancellation.

TICKET EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

POP CULTURE CON has a NO REFUND POLICY. All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds.

By proceeding with a ticket purchase to POP CULTURE CON, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.

This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. POP CULTURE CON recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:

· Change in personal plans

· Conflict of work schedule

· Travel disruptions

· Inclement weather

· Artist or performer lineup changes

DISPUTES AND/OR CHARGEBACKS

Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of POP CULTURE CON and Integrity Pop Culture Shows, LLC may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
